Panther, Big Lou...........why dont you guys just patch it up. Wouldn't it be much easier, and much more fun working together and sharing opinions this year rather than having to deal with insulting each other for the whole upcoming NFL season? Also, I really don't feel either of you should criticize each others records in the past if they just happened to be mediocre. Anyone can run into a bad year which results into poor records and in the end, much handicapping ends in luck anyhow. None of us can predict the future. We can weigh matuchups out and find certain advantages, but when it's all said and done, put simply, nobody knows what's going to happen, therefore leaving a lot of results up to luck. You guys shouldnt let this go on into the season. How hard would it be to just email one another, privately, and just patch it up?!.....Not that hard at all. The hard feelings between you two started somewhere along the line, probably over something minor. Just think how much better it will be this football season to congratulate each other in threads after great wins, and sharing, and many times agreeing on opinions. When you visit here, it should be more enjoyable, so think about it and give it a shot.
Just thought it was worth a shot Lou. If you remember, you and I "argued" all year long about Tampa Bay not being in your "top 5" last year, but we seem to get along fine otherwise. Sometimes we're right, sometimes we're wrong, to put it simply, and I think you and Panther should just start a'new and lets all share opinions and viewpoints this year in an enjoyable way. All one of you has to do is post one of you're e~mail addresses, not be stubborn, send a message, talk about it privately, and just start from the beginning by saying "So, how did this all start?"......and go from there. You 2 could be much help to each other this year.....

I've got the solution for you two guys. I'm a licensed attorney with an office in the City of New York. My firm holds hundred's of thousands of dollars in our escrow account.
Why don't each of you guys put up $1,000 with me which I will hold in my escrow account until the end of football season. You will get a receipt from my firm for the money. The two of you will hold a two man contest, posting your picks in the Prescription each week for all of the board to see. At the end of the season the one who picked the most winners gets the $2,000. Also, finally the whole board will know who the better handicapper is.

This just in, IT'S ONLY A FORUM. Neither of you are making any money off people, so what's with the competition? Why don't you guys just make a pact or something and not post anything in each others threads, anything at all. This feud is getting you guys nowhere and it will never be solved. So just suck up your pride and let the past be the past.
